Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior,

not slanderers or slaves to much wine.

They are to teach what is good,

and so train the young women to love their husbands and children,

to be self-controlled, pure, working at home,

kind, and submissive to their own husbands,

that the word of God may not be reviled.

Women's Ministry

The Women's Ministry Team of the Evangelical Free Church of Mt. Morris desires to glorify God by ministering to the special needs of women through God-centered Bible studies and activities.

Our goals are to encourage the women of EFCMM to grow both spiritually and emotionally, to create both unity and networking among the women of various ages and backgrounds, and to encourage them to minister to one another, love their husbands and children and to serve others in our community.

We as a team plan activities to develop friendships, teach and promote Bible studies, visit the elderly or hospitalized, and minister one on one to those in need. We also work with the other teams, such as the Helps Ministry Team, to accomplish our goals.
